1、一个重要的因素就是温度。葡萄酒佳的保存温度应该是13℃左右。温度好保持恒定,否则会对酒的品质产生很大伤害。随着温度的升高,酒体的成熟所需时间也会缩短,酒的风味会变得比较粗糙,还可能因过分氧化造成酒的变质。
